I truly love working with Agile software delivery teams. I love delivering product increments fast, learning and iterating. I have always delivered to the timelines required but often not to the same scope as initially requested.

I disagree.

I think you can still be Agile, Lean, follow the DevOps principles and tailor the methodology how it works for your context.

I have successfully delivered software at some of the leading software companies in the world, working with multiple delivery teams, spanning multiple countries and time zones.

I have also worked with small start ups or scale ups with less than 100 employees and performed the Scrum Master role when delivering either their first product or their new product to their first customer.
